At GoldStar Jewelry, LLC we want you to be satisfied with every jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping and handling is not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We ship your package via UPS or Federal Express and insured if needed.
If your order was damaged or incorrect, please place a note explaining the problem in your return package. Also, slight variations in jewelry do occur. We believe that these variations do not constitute an incorrect order. We have attempted to photograph the appearance of our products as closely as possible on GoldStarJewelry.com, but the details and colors you see will depend on your computer monitor.
