GoldStar Jewelry, LLC provides the expertise of an on-site jeweler by having Mr. Daniel Thompson as our designer, caster and manufacture of fine jewelry. He has certification with GIA, Gemological Institute of America in diamond grading and is currently working on a Graduate of Gemology Degree. Yearly, he updates his techniques through continuing education such as watch repair and stone setting courses offered throughout the United States.

Also, Keturah Welker, Daniel's sister, has many years of jewelry experience and she is working toward her Gemology Graduate Degree from Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

GoldStar Jewelry, LLC does have a laser welder (shown above). This device allows us to repair jewelry with the minimum amount of heat generated and it creates a harder weld by not needing to using softer solder with an open flame.
